Subject Access Requests

The Data Protection Act 2018 gives individuals the right to access the information that Fareham Borough Council holds about you which are known as Subject Access Requests (SARs). 

Requests must be made in writing and this can be done by completing our Subject Access Request form (166 KB).  Please return this using your preferred method of communication.
