Equality Objectives
The Equality Act requires that all councils have at least one objective. The Council objectives set out the aims for a four period with specific actions to be taken.
Understanding Diversity
The Equality and Human Rights Commission provide advice and guidance on the Equality Act. Their website provides a great facility for understanding the current legislation and its requirements.
