Council Owned Changing Places Toilets

Many people with intense and multiple learning disabilities, as well other disabilities that severely limit mobility, cannot use standard accessible toilets. People may be limited in their own mobility, so they need equipment to help them to either get onto the toilet or to have their continence pad changed.

Changing Places Toilets enable anyone, regardless of their disability, to go to the shops, attend hospital appointments, enjoy community life, socialise and travel.
