We are open from 8.45am until 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and from 8.45am until 4.45pm on Friday.

We can arrange for most of our documents to be translated into other languages or into large print. If you know someone who need this, please let us know.
We may be able to arrange for a sign language interpreter if you contact us in advance and make an appointment to see us.
We can arrange home visits in certain circumstances, such as if you are ill or disabled. Contact us by telephone on 01329 236100 or email us at benefits@fareham.gov.uk to let us know why you feel a home visit would be appropriate and we can discuss this with you.
