How we use your information

The information you are providing will be used to inform the outcome of our consultation and engagement work. Your information will be retained for the time that it takes to analyse consultation responses (not exceeding three months).

Any views or opinions expressed in the surveys will be quoted anonymously and not attributed to an individual. Summarised results, which maybe include data broken down into demographics, may be shared with other Council departments and our partner organisations. It will not be released into the public domain.
