Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN)

A fixed penalty notice is an on the spot notice. Irresponsible dog owners could be fined £100 for not complying with the terms of the PSPO. If you fail to pay, it can lead to further sanctions, including fines of up to £2,500 for each offence.
