• The scheme consists of 38 one bedroom flats
• This scheme is covered by the Mobile Sheltered Housing Officers. Each property is fitted with an alarm unit with access to the Careline Centre 24hrs a day, 365 days of the year. (There is a requirement that you have a landline to facilitate this). Tenants will have an individual choice as to the level of service that they require, monitor only, responder service or full cover with a weekly visit.
• The scheme is close to public transport for a short journey to Fareham Town Centre

Baytree Lodge

• Baytree Lodge consists of 13 one bedroom flats
• This scheme is covered by the Mobile Sheltered Housing Officers. Each property is fitted with an alarm unit with access to the Careline Centre 24hrs a day, 365 days of the year. (There is a requirement that you have a landline to facilitate this). Tenants will have an individual choice as to the level of service that they require, monitor only, responder service or full cover with a weekly visit.

Beverley Close

• The scheme consists of 14 one bedroom ground and first floor flats with rear gardens

• This scheme consists of 41 one bedroom flats
• This scheme is covered by the Mobile Sheltered Housing Officers.  Each property is fitted with an alarm unit with access to the Careline Centre 24hrs a day, 365 days of the year. (There is a requirement that you have a landline to facilitate this). Tenants will have an individual choice as to the level of service that they require, monitor only, responder service or full cover with a weekly visit.
• On-site communal facilities include a lounge, laundry room and gardens
• There are regular social activities such as bingo, trips and coffee mornings
• Close to shops, public transport, GP surgeries and dental practices

Garden Court

• This scheme consists of 28 one bedroom flats and 1 bedsit

• Garden Court is a mix of Sheltered Housing and General Purpose Housing
• There are two floors (ground and first) for Sheltered Housing only consisting of 28 one bedroom flats and 1 bedsit
• Communal facilities include a lounge, laundry room and garden
• Close to shops and public transport
• There is a 'No Smoking' policy in place in all communal areas
• No cats or dogs are allowed in this scheme

Hillson Drive

• This scheme consists of 8 one bedroom bungalows; all have their own private rear garden

• Tenants are allowed cats and dogs in this scheme

Melvin Jones House

• This scheme is covered by the Mobile Sheltered Housing Officers.  Tenants will have full cover with a weekly visit.
• This scheme consists of 24 bedsits and 11 one bedroom flats; each has their own kitchen and bathroom with shower cubicle
• Communal facilities include a lounge, guest room, laundry room and garden
• All flats are fitted with an alarm system to call for assistance in an emergency 24 hours a day, there is also a door entry facility linked to a CCTV system
• All flats are wired for cable TV
• There is a 'No Smoking' policy in place in all communal areas
• No pets are allowed in this scheme

Nashe Way

• This scheme consists of 12 one bedroom bungalows; each has its own rear garden

• This scheme consists of 25 one bedroom flats
• This scheme is covered by the Mobile Sheltered Housing Officers.  Tenants will have an individual choice as to the level of service that they require, monitor only, responder service or full cover with a weekly visit.

• For peace of mind and security each flat is connected to a door entry system and CCTV
