South Coast Training
South Coast Training (SCT) is a free event that brings tenants together from the South Coast region for an informative and interactive day of training and networking with tenants from other towns and organisations.
On Saturday 26 April, three of our tenants attended the South Coast Training (SCT) event. 
We met at the Novotel Hotel in Southampton and it was an opportunity to network with tenants from the following organisations and find out more about what other landlords are doing:
- Abri
- Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council
- Fareham Borough Council
- Gosport Borough Council
- New Forest District Council
- Portsmouth City Council
- Southampton City Council
- Vivid
- Winchester City Council
Tenants had the opportunity to pick from the below workshops which were delivered by TPAS (Tenant Engagement Experts) Trainers:

Understanding Performance Information:
- How to measure the performance of housing services
- Performance indicators/ monitoring targets
- Interpreting and questioning performance information
- Challenging performance to drive improvement.
Using Behavioural Insights to increase involvement for:
- Community engagement
- Digital involvement
- Recruiting to scrutiny groups
