Appeal made to Planning Inspectorate
An appeal has been made against Fareham Borough Council's decision to refuse the planning application for housing on land east of Brook Lane, Warsash.
Foreman Homes Ltd has appealed the Council's decision to refuse its planning application for residential development of up to 180 dwellings, associated landscaping, amenity areas and access from Brook Lane.
The Planning Inspector will consider all comments before holding a Public Inquiry to discuss the appeal. A time and date will be notified to all interested parties as soon as it has been set.
Chairman of the Planning Committee, Cllr Nick Walker said: "All comments made previously about the planning application will be sent to the Planning Inspector for consideration. If anyone would like to make additional comments they must be sent to the Planning Inspector by 5th May 2017".

Comments must be received by 5th May 2017. Any comments received after this date may not be read by the Planning Inspector and they will be returned.
