MyAccount - Registration

Registering for an account is easy and takes just a couple of minutes - all you need to get started is an email address.

If you are experiencing problems registering with MyAccount please visit our help page.

Enter your email address twice and click Go.
After, enter all your details in all the boxes which appear, click Create Account and an email will be sent to you to verify your email address with further instructions.

Information collected may be shared with other internal departments for the purpose of administering your MyAccount account. Details of your MyAccount will not be shared with external parties unless provided so by law. The information you provide will be retained for the duration of time the account is kept active. Any account which is not used for a period of three years will be closed and no personal information will be retained. Logged in users can close their own account using the 'Delete my MyAccount' facility, which will also remove all personal information. Further information in respect of your rights can be found on the Council’s privacy statement, or on request.
