How will we use your personal information? The information we are collecting from you is to enable the Council to repair and maintain your property. Where the Council outsources services to external tradespersons or contractors, we will share your name and contact details to enable them to carry out this service. To assist us with assessing and carrying out work at your property, including any health and safety enquiries, we will share your information with other departments within the council and relevant third parties including, Hampshire Constabulary and Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service. Data we collect from you may be anonymised and used to collate statistical data to assist the Council in understanding its services and how best to direct resources in the future. If requested, your personal data may be shared with law enforcement agencies for the prevention and detection of crime.
