Information If you would like the Mayor and Mayor’s Consort to attend your function or event please fill out the online form below and submit it at least fourteen days prior to the event. We will get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.Further information is available from the Mayor's Office, tel 01329 824303 or email mayorpa@fareham.gov.ukPlease send us a photo of the Mayor at your event if you would like us to share on our social media channels. By providing a photo the Council will assume you have given permission for a ‘one-time’ use in conjunction with your event. If supplying photos with children, please confirm in writing that parents/guardians have given their consent for use.We may use a photograph of the Mayor taken at your event as part of a social media post to publicise the Mayor’s diary. If selected, the photo will not be used until after your event has finished. If you do not wish a photo from your event to be used, please let us know when booking your event.The presence of the Mayor at your function must not be used in connection with any paid-for advertising used for commercial gain. Any material to be disseminated to the public, including photographs, must first be approved by the Mayor’s Office using the details above.
