Your Details Please use this form to apply to make a deputation to a meeting of the Council, the Executive, the Scrutiny Board or its Review Panels or one of the Council’s Committees (other than Planning Development Control Committee for which a separate form is available).Please note that your contact details may be given to other applicants who have similar views in order that you may appoint a spokesperson and coordinate your deputation.

Note : If you do not comply with the schemes’ procedures you risk your application not being registered in sufficient time and you will be unable to speak at the meeting. Video and audio recordings In accordance with legislation, members of the public and press are able to video and audio record all meetings within the Council's Committee Structure. If you are delivering your deputation in person and you do not wish to have your deputation recorded, please notify a member of the Committee Team before the start of the meeting.


Privacy Notice Fareham Borough Council will collect the information you provide on this form to carry out its public task and process your request to make a Deputation.We will use your information to process your request and to contact you for the purposes of arranging your attendance to give the deputation. In performing this service, the Council may share your information with other departments within the Council, or organisations, but only when it is satisfied that it is necessary. The Council may also share your personal information for the purposes of the prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offences. The Council, however, will not share your personal information with third parties, or use it for this, or any other purpose, unless provided for by law. Personal data submitted on this form, apart from your name, will be retained by the Council for 1 year from the date of the meeting. Please note that your name will appear in the Minutes of the meeting for which you are giving a Deputation.
