Details of the Fraud Please give as much personal information as you can about the person or company who you suspect is acting dishonestly. Things you might want to include (if known) are name, address, description of person, description of their vehicle including registration number.Please give as much information as you can about what they are doing which may be dishonest and any evidence you have to this effect.(e.g. Mrs X is claiming Single Resident Discount on their Council Tax but her new boyfriend, Mr Y, has been living there too since December 2011. He told me this in the White Hart pub on 14/12/12. )
