Fareham Borough Council requires only one set of planning application forms, plans and documents for each individual application when submitting by paper.
Each application needs a certificate of ownership. You must serve a notice on anyone else with an interest in the site (owner or agricultural tenant). You can use form 1 
to do this or form 2 to publish your application in the local press, if you are unable to contact all owners. Most planning applications require a fee, so please refer to the guide to fees to find the amount. There are also a list of Local Requirements to adhere to.

Householder Planning
1. Householder application for planning permission for works or extension to a dwelling.
If the proposal is for a single storey rear extension, please check the guidance under form no. 17.
