It's pumpkin time, and the only limit to creating a spooky Jack-o'-lantern is your imagination! What's more scary is the 18,000 tonnes of pumpkin which ends up in the bin every year.

Pumpkins are rich in vitamins and minerals. As well as a traditional tart or warming soup, there are lots more ways to use the flesh and the seeds.
