General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
This European Regulation comes into force on 25 May 2018, replacing the current Data Protection Act 1998.
Under this Regulation, there will be no change to Fareham Borough Council's commitment to keep the large amount of personal data that it processes safe and using it fairly.
