Town Centre Permit
Town Centre Permits include parking in the following town centre car parks:
- Bath Lane
- Holy Trinity
- Lysses
- Malthouse Lane
- Osborn Road West
- Trinity Street
- Youth Centre
You can apply and pay for a permit online by setting up a MyAccount. It should take less than 10 minues to set up a MyAccount; complete the details for the permit(s) and make payment.
If you are unable to apply online, you can apply in person at our Cash Office based on the ground floor of the Civic Offices or via the application form 
(128 KB) which can be sent through to parkingservices@fareham.gov.uk.
Permits will be issued wtihin 7 days of receipt of a completed application.

Resident parking
Hampshire County Council is now responsible for all on street parking in Fareham, including resident parking permits, visitor permits and enforcing the areas. They can be contacted at 0345 520 7007, parking.services@hants.gov.uk or Hampshire County Council website .
